Sweet Home Chicago
We had an amazing night away thanks to my awesome Fam (shout out to Muma, Pop, and Sarah!) We made our way to the city, and then walked from the Park Hyatt up to the Lincoln Park Zoo and back. Little man had his first carousel ride, he was pretty sleepy so he wasn’t quite sure about it. He DID love the lion house, many “ooo”s and pointing! ...

-Lately- Walks to the Park
The past few nights we have been taking little walks to the park in the neighborhood that’s down the block.  Bella grabs a popsicle and shares it with her brother on the way.  We swing for a while and then make our way back. It’s a part of summer that I love, little people, little walks.  <3

This kid is crazy for ceiling fans  no really  obsessed So when I had to return a water timer to Lowes we took a trip down the obsession aisle.  Que little finger pointing and “ooooooooooooooooooooooo”

We are so luky, this week I was able to surprise pop rock with flying his dad out to visit from salt lake for fathers day  It does my heart so very good to see all 3 Rockys on ONE couch.  so. stinkin. cute.

3am we lay in bed In the glow of baby Einstein on the iPhone. You, punch drunk sleepy When a horse puppet sneezes You belly laugh A HUGE belly laugh So I giggle And fake sneeze Baby belly laugh Mama belly laugh And again and again Till we wake up papa with our laughing in the dark.
